By downloading, installing, or using WarpSend ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
WarpSend is a local network file sharing application for Android. It enables file transfers between devices connected to the same Wi‑Fi network using a temporary local HTTP server hosted on your device. No files or data are transmitted through the internet or stored on external servers.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WarpSend only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:
- Share, distribute, or transfer files that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transfer malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Share content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to circumvent technical limits or security features of the App
- Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair other users' devices
You are solely responsible for the content you share using WarpSend.
Free Tier & Pro Subscription
WarpSend is available as a free app with the following limits: 500 MB per file and 1 GB total public storage. An optional Pro subscription is available through Google Play for unlimited file sizes and storage.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play
- You may cancel at any time via Google Play → Subscriptions
- Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
- Refunds are handled by Google Play's refund policy
- Prices may change with reasonable notice
Intellectual Property
WarpSend, its logo, design, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or any part of it without explicit written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WarpSend is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of WarpSend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Security
WarpSend's local server is accessible to any device on the same network. You are responsible for the security of your Wi‑Fi network. We recommend using WarpSend only on trusted networks. The developer is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from use on unsecured networks.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law. Any disputes arising from use of WarpSend shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
